Limited Warranty for
Sta-Tru Wheels and
Wheel Components
Sta-Tru Wheels Inc. (STI) warrants to the Reseller (and ultimately to the end consumer) that its
products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year (12 months) from
the date of purchase for the original owner. Any defective products will be repaired or replaced
at STI’s sole discretion. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties. Any implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the same duration
as this express warranty. STI shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty does not cover any product defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration,
improper installation, failure to perform maintenance, unauthorized repair or service. This warranty
does not cover any representation or warranty made by STI Resellers beyond the provisions of this
warranty. Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty service or replacement. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
